You have direct access to river walk trails that lead you into the township and beyond through a gate at the bottom of the garden.
The stunning deck area is a perfect place to relax and unwind and enjoy a local wine in the afternoon, whilst taking in the natural beauty from the balcony, overlooking the river and watching the sun set over the treetops. There is a beautiful natural swimming hole only metres from your door. The home offers every creature comfort including a full gourmet kitchen with river views, ample bench space, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, quality glassware and crockery, a Smart television with access to Netflix, Free broadband Wi-Fi, Electric roller blinds, ceiling fan as well as air conditioning in main living. There is a cosy pot belly fireplace for those cold wintery nights, 2 generous sofas and dining table seating for 8. The main King bedroom suite has an ensuite with a shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and full size bath and links the two other bedrooms, each with a queen bed that can be split into singles if needs be. The mezzanine level has its own private balcony with river views and can sleep two people in two single beds.

Please note a separate 2 person studio called Aroha is joined to the house by a 5m long corridor with no common walls or access.

The bins are collected on Thursday morning. Please make sure the bins are ready by the side of the road on a Wednesday night.
